Hi, thanks for spending time with me on my internet space. A nutshell description of me:

I’m a wife, mom, follower of Jesus. I have a cat named Mochi. I’m Chinese American and grew up in the Silicon Valley, migrating to Tennessee in 2011. 

I believe in:

self-awareness and growth

healthy relationships, healthy families

supporting others in their growth

community revitalization

freedom for people to fulfill their God-given potential

living authentically, generously, and intentionally with love

I enjoy:

cooking and baking. Eating. Farmer’s markets. Things to do with food.

health and wellness

worship, particularly through music and movement

thinking about how to simplify and make things more efficient, all the time. Creating systems and processes and implementing them for more efficiency is one of my favorite things. I can talk about it for days.

spending time with my husband and daughter

outdoors stuff – hiking, kayaking, exploring
